Regional Sales Manager

Originally from New Hampshire, Ted moved to Southern California in 1985 after graduating from University of New Hampshire earning a degree in marketing, He began his career in sales with Black & Decker. In 1991 Ted earned a Master’s of Business Administration at University of Phoenix while continuing his career with Black & Decker.
After graduation, Ted launched his career in the Safety Industry as a district sales manager for Wilson Safety Products and later a regional sales manager for National Draeger. Ted has been consistently building long lasting partnerships with the leading distributors and significant end users during his entire career. Ted has continually exceeded expectations and always demonstrates a high level of energy that projects a strong sense of urgency in his support for customers.
In 1998, Ted was recruited by Sorbent Products Company as a regional sales manager for the west coast. During his tenure, Ted developed multiple channels to market tripling the sales in the region in just 5 years and pioneering the development of a west coast distribution center. In 2007, SPC was acquired by Brady Corporation. Ted accepted a role as a Brady Territory Manager later that year and continued his success by mastering the entire Brady product line.
After several years in various roles around the country Ted decided to return home to southern California and return as the west coast regional sales manager for SPC in an effort to rebuild the region. From 2011 to 2016 Ted successfully regained SPC share for Brady on the west coast and reestablished the strong distributor partnerships.
Ted joined MBT as our West Coast Regional Manager in April 2017. His knowledge of the market and key players on the west coast are a tremendous asset. We are thrilled to have him and his reputation on our team!
