In 2015 MBT expanded Steve’s responsibilities from purely financial to monitoring plant efficiency, quality improvements, preventative maintenance, inventory management and Capex all of which are an integral part of our cost reduction program.
Steve joined MBT in 2015 after working in a part-time capacity starting in 2009 as accountant. During that time Steve also worked as accountant for a fiberglass bathware manufacturer in Valdosta, GA and Wilson, NC and a window manufacture in Dothan, AL with cost reductions a prime focus in addition to financial responsibilities.
Steve’s full-time role with MBT has expanded his responsibilities from purely financial to monitoring plant efficiency, quality improvements, preventative maintenance, inventory management and Capex all of which are an integral part of our cost reduction program.
